Refund policy

  • Please double-check the information entered before completing  your checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. Any additional cost, such as shipping, restocking fees, custom fees and taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer in the event of incorrect information provided during checkout. 

  • REFUNDS: 

    We regret to inform you that due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns for jewelry used on new piercings are not accepted and ALL sales for these items and services are FINAL. 

  • We accept returns on all other items within 30-days of receiving items. ALL Jewelry must remain unworn and in their original packaging. 

  • Shipping is non-refundable.  

  • Please note that refunds will not be processed until the returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Any incomplete returns will not be eligible for a full refund. 

  • EXCHANGES:

    We offer a 30-day exchange policy for jewelry. Items must remain unworn and in their original packaging. This policy does not include jewelry that has been used for new piercing purposes. 

  • In the event of an exchange for a product of a different value, any difference in cost will either be paid by the customer or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, depending on whether the new product is of a higher or lower value.

  • We will gladly exchange jewelry that has broken or is damaged within 30-days of the receiving date. Please keep in mind that any damaged or broken items MUST be returned in its entirety in order to be eligible for replacement.

  • New items for exchange will not be shipped out until the original items have been returned and inspected by our team. 

    • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

      LULUS is not responsible for any missing or lost jewelry and therefore, we cannot refund, replace or exchange these items. If items are purchased online, we strongly advise purchasing Route Protection while checking out.  

    • Items purchased online, may NOT be returned or exchanged in store. 

    • We kindly remind you that any items being refunded or exchanged must be returned to LULUS within the 30-day window of receiving the products. Otherwise the refund or exchange will no longer be valid or processed. For online orders: if a refund or exchange request is made on the final day of policy, you will be given an additional 7-days to ship items back to LULUS. If return tracking confirmation is not received within the 7 days by the LULUS team, return or exchange process will be canceled. 

    • We kindly request that you bring up any concerns or issues regarding your recent piercing within a period of 7 days. During this time frame, we would like to ensure your satisfaction and well-being. However, after the completion of the 7-day period, we will no longer be able assist with any concerns or issues that may arise related to the piercing. We highly encourage you to reach out to us promptly if you have any questions or need assistance within this specified timeframe. Please be advised, piercings performed by a Piercing Apprentice are not included in this policy.
