My first pair that I received, one of the crystals was hanging backwards, so if you put them on one of the crystals would face backwards, and the other one forwards. I sent an email to Lulu's asking if they could help with this, and they immediately shipped me a replacement and provided a label to ship back the faulty one. It arrived within a few days, and I couldn't be happier! They're gorgeous earrings, I was inspired to get these because I love the earrings Yelena Belova is wearing in Black Widow, but I wanted something 14k solid gold instead of Missoma's gold plated vermeil - now I just need to find a 14k solid gold version of the Mini Shield Hoop Earrings.

They are very well made and are so lightweight. They do not hurt my very sensitive ears at all. I am already planning on getting many more styles from lulus! I'm excited to see what else they have coming out!

I bought a pair for my earlobes. They are so beautiful and easy to put in, even with long acrylic nails. They are smaller and far more dainty than I was expecting but I’m not mad about it. They hug my earlobes perfectly.
